How We Work

Our mission is to help Employers and Business Owners who want to attract, recruit, and retain the best employees and best talent by providing competitive benefit packages that include health insurance and other benefits. 

Each Employer/business owner, whether you employ dozens of workers or are just starting out by hiring your first full-time employee, want to be able to offer competitive benefit packages that don't break the bank   At CB Health Insurance, we take the time to get to know and understand your needs, wants, and long-term goals.  We want to help you develop, implement, and monitor a strategy that’s designed to address the needs of your company and your workforce. 

We understand the challenges Employers face today.  Employers that survived the pandemic and all it's issues, are now dealing with record high inflation, every increasing interest rates, and a tightening job market.  The cost of doing business just keeps going up.  Add to this the problem of low unemployment, a finicky workforce that seems to hold out for the highest salaries/best benefit packages, and employees that only want to work remotely.  Let's face it, good Employees are hard to find!  

With over three decades of working with companies in Illinois that employee 2-50 employees (and CB Health being a small employer ourselves!), we understand your pain!

Our office wants to make your experience of getting quotes, picking plans, and enrolling in insurance to be best experience possible.   Let's face it, insurance can be confusing, and many people put off making important decisions because they just don't want to think about it.  But never fear!  We are here to help. 

Our office has developed a process for assist you; whether you are a new Business Owner setting up a group health plan for the first time, or a "new to Medicare" individual needing help picking a plan that meets your needs and your budget, we have a step by step process to make it easy!

Our company was founded by the owner, Cathy Bajkowski, a licensed agent in the state of IL selling Health Insurance to businesses and to those eligible for Medicare.  While we represent some of the top carriers in the nation (Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield of IL, Humana, Unitedhealthcare), our office does not bill or collect any premiums for these plans.  

All bills are sent directly from the carrier (Aetna, BCBS, UHC) to the insured.

Our office has received dozens of calls from people across the country claiming that we are deducting money from their bank account.  CB Health Insurance does not bill or deduct any premiums from anyone's bank account.   

With the help of some very nice individuals trying to cancel these bank deductions we learned the following:  

CHUBB sells Accident policies and deducts from the person's bank account (and this is offered through the bank!) an amount from $20-25. It only lists CB Insurance, and the bank gives out OUR info - incorrectly. We get calls from all over the US asking to stop payments.  

If you are in need of cancelling a policy for insurance being deducted from your bank account and listed as "CB Insurance", you need to contact the TPA - Coverdell - that administers these policies: 1-888-844-1536 Coverdell - TPA for Chubb.

NOTE: CB Health insurance does not bill premiums for the policies we sell. All billing comes directly from carriers for premiums, AND we are only Licensed in IL.
