Over the years, we have found that a team approach can be an effective method of helping clients with a wide variety of needs, as they navigate the complex world of insurance.   We work with not only business owners, but their HR and office managers and employees to provide info on their benefits.  

We understand that in today's day and age, it is hard to gather all employees into one meeting to explain benefits.  That is why we offer Zoom Employee Enrollment meetings as well as individual one-on-one consultations with employees to help them understand and pick the best plan for their family.
 

While many insurance agents and brokers began to leave the individual and small group health insurance markets after the implementation of the Affordable Care Act, CB Health Insurance saw a real need to help small business owners offer and administer great Employee Benefits so they can attract and retain the best employees!
