Hank graduated from LSU with a degree in Communication and began his career in a Medicare call center, where he worked directly with beneficiaries every day. In that role, he helped clients understand their coverage, compare plan options, and resolve issues in real time.
That hands-on experience gave him a strong, practical foundation in Medicare and shaped the way he approaches client service today.
At CB Health Insurance, Hank works with both Medicare clients and employee benefits, helping people navigate their options in a clear, straightforward way. His goal is to make the insurance process as simple, stress-free, and understandable as possible.

With over 15 years of experience in operations, marketing, and customer support, Rea brings a unique blend of organizational expertise and client-focused service to CB Health Insurance.
Rea holds an Associate's Degree in Information Technology and has earned certifications in AI Literacy and Productivity, Digital Marketing, and Microsoft Excel.

Whether assisting with communications, coordinating requests, streamlining workflows, or supporting the team behind the scenes, she strives to make every interaction seamless, responsive, and helpful.
