One very important benefit you will want to put in place for all your Employer Sponsored Group insurance plans is a  P.O.P (Premium Only Plan).  This plan allows an Employer to offer their Employees a way to pay their share of benefits before taxes, saving the Company on FUTA/FICA taxes! 

NOTE: Premium Only Plans are not insurance, but a tax-benefit for Employees that will allow them to play their portion of ANY premium - for medical, dental, and vision - on a Pre-Tax Basis.
