Obamacare's website works? How many people will go there?

November 17, 2014

So we are in year number 2 of the implementation of the Affordable Care Act, and the start of the second Open Enrollment for individuals. A recent Gallup pole conducted Oct. 22 to Nov. 12 revealed that Americans who don't have insurance now are split in their intentions. Among the uninsured, 55 percent said they're more likely to get insurance, while 35 percent said they'd rather pay a fine under the law. Ten percent weren't sure, according to the poll. The government recently adjusted their expectations downward as to how many people will enroll this year, having some question the effectiveness of the law. However, the Obama Administration is convinced that this year's enrollment will be virtually problem-free.
